How long is the warranty?
Qualifying repairs carry a 36-month or 36,000-mile nationwide parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first, measured from the date and mileage on your original repair invoice.
What if I am traveling when a repair fails?
If you are more than 25 miles from our Gilbert shop, call the warranty administrator at 800-457-0019 before any work is done. They will direct you to the nearest participating repair facility.
Will using an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act means a manufacturer cannot void your new-vehicle warranty just because maintenance or repairs were done at an independent shop. Keep your receipts; we document every visit.
What do I need to make a claim?
Keep a copy of your original repair invoice and present it when requesting warranty service. Within 25 miles, simply bring your vehicle back to us.
